Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:
Condition of Item:
The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
All tags, labels, and any accompanying accessories must be intact.
Proof of Purchase:
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please retain your order confirmation email or invoice.
Non-Eligible Items:
Personalized or custom-made items.
Items on sale or clearance.
Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
Final sale items are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us:
Reach out to our customer service team by sending and email to contact@mymunu.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Shipping the Item:
We will facilitate the shipping of the returned item. You will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Exceptions
In the case of defective or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
